Care Support Worker

As a Care Support Worker at ECL, you will play a key role in helping our customers regain their independence and continue living safely and independently within their own homes and local communities in South East England. We offer care and support to thousands of people through high quality social care services aimed at wellbeing, prevention and increasing independence.
The estimated salary for this role is £14.04 per hour Monday to Friday and £16.04 per hour on weekends, making it one of the most competitive rates in the industry. With guaranteed weekly hours including travel time, you will have the opportunity to earn up to £28.08 per hour on bank holidays. In addition to your salary, we also offer a range of benefits including a £500 joining bonus, enhanced DBS and renewals paid for by ECL, fully paid induction and training, and annual salary reviews and performance bonuses.
Job Description

Your duties will include helping clients to relearn skills in their lives, such as personal care, mobility and preparing meals. You will also be responsible for supporting our customers to maintain their independence and continue living safely and independently within their own homes and local communities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a full driving licence with business insurance and access to a car. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
