The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,000 - £28,000. You will work on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
Main Responsibilities:
- Delivering person-centred support to individuals with SEN and complex needs
- Facilitating educational and vocational activities to promote independence and self-confidence
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless support and care
- Documenting progress and outcomes in accordance with organisational policies
Key Requirements:
- Empathy and understanding when working with vulnerable individuals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection guidelines
- Capacity to work flexibly and respond to changing needs
