The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,000 - £28,000. You will work on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless support and care
  • Documenting progress and outcomes in accordance with organisational policies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection guidelines
  • Capacity to work flexibly and respond to changing needs
