Marketing Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts for Foodsteps and Cosmetri in the EU. This is a unique opportunity to drive growth, shape our brands, and position us as industry leaders.

Foodsteps is a mission-driven company empowering the food industry to accelerate its journey to net zero emissions. Our SaaS platform and expertise enable food businesses to meet ESG regulations and reduce costs. Cosmetri helps cosmetics companies develop safe and compliant products. We are part of Registrar Corp, a U.S-based company with 32,000 clients worldwide.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Leadership:
    • Lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and professional development.
    • Provide strategic direction to the Senior Leadership Team.
    • Ensure alignment with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Strategy:
    • Develop an insight-driven marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure cross-functional buy-in and alignment of marketing initiatives.
    • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and emerging trends.
  • Execution:
    • Oversee demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including paid ads, events, email, social media, content, and PR.
    • Develop creative assets, messaging, and positioning to ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitors to differentiate our messaging and distribution tactics.
  • Tracking & Reporting:
    • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) to track marketing efforts' effectiveness.
    • Report on campaign performance and insights to senior leadership, providing data-driven recommendations.
    • Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking combined with execution and reporting skills.
  • Commercial and creative expertise, with a focus on driving revenue and growing brand awareness.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot, LinkedIn, and Google Analytics.
  • Growth mindset, positive attitude, and curiosity.
  • Passion for climate-tech and its potential.
Location and Benefits
  • Ideal location: London, with flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week.

We estimate a salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, based on industry standards for this role in London.
