Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Regional Sales Assistant to join our team at Craghoppers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our concession.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized advice and guidance to customers to meet their individual needs
  • Maximize sales within your concession area through effective merchandising and product knowledge
  • Develop and maintain a warm and inviting atmosphere in your concession, ensuring a positive experience for both regular and new customers
  • Process deliveries, replenish stock, and maintain a visually appealing display of products
  • Utilize your in-depth product knowledge to provide expert advice on products and features, enabling customers to make informed purchasing decisions
