Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Regional Senior Sales Assistant to join our team in Antrim. As a key member of our concession team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized advice and guidance to customers to ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Take ownership of your concession area, ensuring it is always well-merchandised and visually appealing
- Process deliveries and replenish stock to maintain an optimal product display
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
- Work collaboratively with the regional team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- A competitive starting salary of £11.00 per hour
- Additional pay increases through our Trailblazers development programme
- A quarterly bonus based on sales performance and targets
- Brand new kit provided twice a year
