Regional Senior Sales Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Regional Senior Sales Assistant to join our team in Antrim, working 35 hours per week. As a key member of our concession team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized advice and guidance to customers to meet their individual needs
  • Maximize sales within your concession area through effective merchandising and product knowledge
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Process deliveries, replenish stock, and maintain a visually appealing concession area
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and feature benefits to provide expert advice to customers
