We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Assistant to join our Regional Team in Antrim, working 30 hours per week.

As a Senior Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personalized advice to customers, maximizing sales within your concession area, and maintaining a friendly and inviting atmosphere for both regular and new customers.

You will also be responsible for processing deliveries, replenishing and displaying merchandise, and providing expert advice on products to customers.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our bespoke Trailblazers retail development programme, which is available to all Concessions & Retail employees.

We offer a competitive starting pay of £11.00 per hour, with additional pay increases in line with our Trailblazers development programme, a quarterly bonus based on targets and sales performance, and a range of other benefits including brand new kit, up to 70% discount on all Regatta Group brands, and fantastic monthly and annual awards.
