Job Description

">

As a Senior Apparel Designer at LeMieux, you'll be responsible for leading the design process from concept to final production, collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment on product vision and goals, mentoring junior designers, conducting market research and trend analysis, developing and presenting design concepts, technical specifications, and prototypes, overseeing the execution of design details, and staying current with industry trends, materials, and technologies related to technical, performance wear.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field or equivalent industry experience, experience in apparel design with a focus on technical and performance wear, a strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs and technical proficiency, excellent understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and performance technologies, proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, strong leadership and team management skills, exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, and a team player attitude.
