About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and mobility
  • Assist clients with medication management and administration
  • Support clients with meal preparation and nutrition
  • Engage in activities that promote social interaction and stimulation
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful, with a passion for supporting others and delivering an outstanding service.
