About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Worker to join our team at Earlsdon Park Village, a stunning Retirement Village in Coventry. As a Care and Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centered care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide all aspects of domiciliary care, including physical, personal care, and support with social activities.
  • Promote and support the physical, emotional, and well-being of our residents.
  • Encourage independence and self-belief.
  • Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.
Person Specification
  • Hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification.
  • Be personable, an effective communicator, and a team player.
  • Be passionate about delivering a quality care service.
  • Be flexible with hours.
