Job Title: Architectural Technician

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join our team as a Technical Lead for a high-end bespoke housing developer. The ideal candidate will have a background in residential development and experience in producing working drawings, detail drawings, and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce working drawing packages, including coordination of consultant information
  • Detail drawings and technical specifications
  • Preparing conveyance plans and finishes schedules
  • Coordinating utility services and producing combined services layout
  • Coordinate consultants' information and produce site external works plan
  • Submit building regulations
  • Provide technical support for site at construction stage and any working drawings-related queries
Requirements:
  • Qualification in Architecture
  • Experience within residential, ideally a house developer
  • Experience producing technical details and working drawing packages
  • Portfolio at application stage is mandatory
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Good problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Time management
  • Good understanding of UK building regulations and knowledge of NHBC/Premier/LABC standards
