An experienced Architectural Technician / Coordinator is sought for a prestigious custom housing developer. This developer engages in a variety of projects across multiple regions, focusing on high-quality residential developments ranging from two to five-bedroom homes.

This role presents an excellent opportunity to join a renowned developer recognized for their exceptional craftsmanship and luxurious properties. As the Project Technical Lead, you will be responsible for generating working drawings and coordinating information from various consultants.

This position is ideal for an Architectural Technician with a solid background in large-scale residential projects and house building.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
  • Generate comprehensive working drawing packages
  • Create detailed drawings
  • Prepare conveyance plans and finish schedules
  • Coordinate utility services and develop combined services layouts
  • Integrate consultant information and produce site external works plans
  • Submit documentation for building regulations
  • Offer technical support during the construction phase and address any queries related to working drawings
  • Possess a qualification in Architecture
  • Have experience in residential projects, preferably with a house developer
  • Demonstrate proficiency in producing technical details and working drawing packages
  • Submit a portfolio with your application
  • Be proficient in AutoCAD
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities
  • Manage time effectively
  • Have a solid understanding of UK building regulations and knowledge of NHBC/Premier/LABC standards
