Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Communication Specialist to join our team at Quest Employment.

This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who can provide exceptional customer service, particularly to clients with Italian-speaking backgrounds.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and maintaining a positive working relationship with clients and colleagues alike.

About the Role:

This office-based position involves working Monday to Friday, providing support to clients across various aspects of their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or in-person communication.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, including conflict resolution and problem-solving techniques.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; however, additional education or training in a related field may be beneficial.

Benefits:

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of £23,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
