We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Postal Delivery Worker in Lincoln.

About the Role

This is a permanent contract position, working 20 hours per week across 5 days, with shift times between 10:00 and 15:00. Due to operational demand, you will be required to work Saturdays and Sundays.

About You
  • You should be able to walk for long periods and work outside in all types of weather
  • Have a strong sense of community and take pride in what you do
  • Be organised, punctual, and ready to deliver great customer service
  • Think of yourself as a people-person and a friendly face in the community
  • Hold a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Be upbeat, independent, and self-motivated
Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  1. Deliver mail and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  2. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Work independently and as part of a team to meet operational demands
  4. Operate a range of vehicles, including vans and bicycles, safely and efficiently
