Job Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Trolley Assistant to join our team for the holiday season. This temporary role will involve assisting with trolley stocks, relocating trolleys, and providing excellent customer service.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with customers. As a Trolley Assistant, you will be responsible for replenishing trolley stocks, collecting empties from customers or the trolley bays, and relocating trolleys towards the front of the store.

You will also be expected to smile and greet customers, making their visit simple and easy. Given the nature of the role, you must wear a white shirt, black skirt/trousers, and black shoes. A warm hi-vis jacket, hat, and other necessary equipment will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Replenish trolley stocks and relocate trolleys
  • Collect empties from customers or the trolley bays
  • Provide excellent customer service
Requirements

No experience is needed, but you must be able to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.

Benefits

This is a temporary role, but it provides an opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills. You will also receive a competitive rate of pay.

The estimated salary for this role is £11.44 per hour, based on 30 hours worked per week. Pay dates will be Fridays, with hours worked between the 16th and 22nd of any given month paid on the last Friday of that month, and hours worked from the 23rd to the 29th of any given month paid on the first Friday of the following month.
