**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced ERP Lead to join our team at OMEGA RESOURCE GROUP LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation and management of our ERP system, Syteline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Support and Collaborate with ERP Users:**
    • Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration of ERP system.
    • Provide technical support and training to users.
  • **Manage ERP Projects:**
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute ERP projects from initiation to completion.
    • Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet business requirements.
  • **Customize and Configure Syteline Modules:**
    • Configure Syteline modules to meet business needs.
    • Develop and implement custom solutions to improve business processes.
  • **Test and Document:**
    • Develop and execute test plans to ensure system integrity.
    • Document all changes and implementations.
  • **Develop and Conduct User Training:**
    • Design and deliver training sessions to ensure users are proficient in using the ERP system.
  • **Continuously Improve:**
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance system performance.
  • **Coordinate Deployment and Gather Feedback:**
    • Coordinate deployment of new system releases and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  • **Implement Upgrades and Migration:**
    • Plan and execute upgrades to the ERP system.
    • Potentially migrate to a new system.
  • **Track Changes and Troubleshoot:**
    • Use version control software to track programming changes.
    • Troubleshoot issues that arise in the day-to-day running of the ERP system.
  • **Ensure Integrity and Security:**
    • Ensure the integrity and security of the Syteline environment.
  • **Additional Duties:**
    • Perform other duties as required by the company and/or line manager.
Requirements:
  • **Experience:**
    • At least 5 years of experience using, administering, and/or developing Syteline ERP.
  • **Manufacturing and Engineering Experience:**
    • Experience working within a manufacturing and engineering environment.
  • **Problem-Solving Skills:**
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • **Technical Skills:**
    • High level of understanding regarding databases, relational, analytical, etc.
    • Business Analysis and Technical Skillset required.
    • Fundamental knowledge of accounting requirements.
    • Understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) and report building.
    • APS Planning or similar Manufacturing Planning systems knowledge.
    • Knowledge of (BIDS) for forms and reports, Installation and testing of fixes and upgrade.
    • Knowledge of Windows Server.
    • Knowledge of SQL Server, Stored Procedures, Queries.
    • Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Business Intelligence Development Studio.
  • **Desirable Skills:**
    • Some knowledge of Visual Basic (VB.NET & VBA).
  • **Personal Qualities:**
    • Willingness to develop and learn new skills within a technical environment.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work well individually and in teams.
    • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
    • Able to generate high-quality output with an excellent attention to detail.
