About You
You'll be an experienced management consultant, with specialism in project and programme management, including the successful leadership of complex IT and ERP systems implementations. Excellent client delivery is a real focus for you and you want to play a key role in ensuring this happens. You're looking for the opportunity to expand your experience and capabilities and, at the same time, have a greater influence in the business.
The Role
You'll spend around 60% of your time delivering client engagements, taking the lead role managing business change or systems implementation projects or programmes. You'll own multiple key account relationships, providing strategic oversight, advice or quality assurance to delivery teams and developing relationships to nurture opportunities.
We'll also support you in seeking out and developing new business, possibly focusing on developing a new sector or capability. We really hope you're excited about contributing to and shaping our strategy, vision, and the operational management of our business. You'll have the opportunity to bring and develop new ideas and inspire, lead and mentor other consultants within our team.
