Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated Community Living Support Worker to join our team in Wigan, supporting older people to maintain their independence in their own homes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of care and support to clients, including personal care, medication management, and community activities.

  • Personal care: assisting clients with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Medication management: ensuring clients take their medications correctly and safely
  • Community activities: accompanying clients on outings and activities, such as shopping and social events
  • Support with daily routines: assisting clients with meal preparation, household chores, and other daily tasks
