About the Job

This Senior Management Role is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our office, warehouse, and logistics functions in Swindon, Wiltshire.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the daily office workflow to ensure efficient operations.
  2. Oversee the management of inventory levels and system updates in the warehouse.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact.
  4. Develop and implement effective office policies and procedures.
  5. Monitor and manage office budgets, reporting regularly to senior management.
  6. Coordinate delivery logistics, including order processing and delivery.
  7. Identify new business opportunities and develop leads.
Key Skills
  • Proven experience in a similar office management role.
  • Familiarity with the heating & renewables industry.
  • Warehouse and logistics operations experience.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency and internal systems knowledge.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Desirable: Experience managing teams.

The successful candidate will be a skilled professional with a strong background in the heating sector.
