Job Summary: Building Services Manager

Salary: £12 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property in Chester. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including maintenance, security, and parking.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance management: Overseeing routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements.
  • Security management: Ensuring the building is secure at all times, including monitoring CCTV systems and patrolling the area.
  • Parking management: Coordinating parking for visitors, contractors, and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field. You will be responsible for offering general advice on council services, determining maintenance contracts, and advising on energy efficiency.
