Demand Forecasting Analyst

Tapestry, Inc. is a global house of brands committed to stretching what's possible. As a Demand Forecasting Analyst, you will play a vital role in delivering sales and margin targets by developing strategic product SKU level demand plans aligned to our global strategy.
The successful candidate will have 3-4+ years of experience in demand planning, buying, or supply chain management, with a strong analytical background and excellent communication skills. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is also required.
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum
About the Job:
- You will own and maintain inventory reporting, including monthly statistics on sales, inbound production deliveries, stock holding, out-of-stock prevention, and reorder analysis.
- Perform root cause analysis of supply/demand issues, provide solutions for the commercial business, and manage escalations to management where necessary.
- Lead cross-functional alignment meetings to provide teams with an overview of seasonal buy vs sales plan strategy, ensuring that seasonal plans are aligned with global guidance.
