We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Goods Forecasting Analyst to join our Merchandising team at Jellycat Toy Co. Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing accurate demand and production forecasting to support the company's financial plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of forecasting principles and experience working with data-driven approaches to inform business decisions. You will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining accurate demand and production forecasting models to support business decision-making
  • Providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on forecast performance and trends
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implementing changes to optimize forecasting processes
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in forecasting and analytics
  • Identifying opportunities to leverage data and analytics to drive business growth and improve forecasting accuracy
