We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator to join our team at WendyB Ltd. As a key member of our busy office, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, including electronic filing, emailing, and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and prioritize phone calls for the business
- Support the team with client projects and inquiries
- Interact professionally with customers and industry contacts to arrange meetings and hospitality
- Perform general admin duties, including data entry and document management
- Good general education and fluency in written English essential
- 1+ year of office experience
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude
- Fast typing speed and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
- Salary: £24,000 - £28,000
- Hours: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with an hour for lunch
- Holidays: 22 days per year + bank holidays
- Benefits: Pension, bonus scheme, and free parking
