We are a pioneering audiology service dedicated to enhancing the lives of our clients. As a Hearing Aid Dispenser Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in hearing healthcare. Our 24-month apprenticeship program combines on-the-job training with classroom-based learning at De Montford University in Leicester.

The role involves conducting fittings, customer rehabilitation, and follow-up services. You will also be responsible for referring customers to your mentor audiologist for upgrades. Upon completion, you will achieve a Level 5 award in hearing aid dispensing, enabling you to register with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

**Essential Requirements**

  • A willingness to learn and progress in the field of hearing healthcare
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in clinic and remote settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A driving license is required due to the domiciliary nature of the role
  • GCSE Maths & English or equivalent is a minimum requirement

The estimated salary for this role is £20,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. We invite applications from individuals living in the UK with no restrictions on their ability to work in the country.
