The Job:
We are seeking a Complex Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Tamworth. As a Complex Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries. You will work as part of a team to provide comprehensive care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs
* Assist with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
* Manage medical conditions, including administering medication and monitoring health
* Promote independence and empowerment in clients
* Work as part of a team to provide comprehensive care and support to clients
