About the Role

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Contract CMS & Offers Editor to join our client's team. As a key member of the e-commerce platform team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive conversion, brand loyalty, and product differentiation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement website pages and content slots using provided assets.
  • Manage company promotions and product offer content, including discounts, multi-buys, and buy-one-get-one-free offers.
  • Set up offers according to brand team specifications, ensuring compliance with qualifications, exclusions, content, and terms and conditions.
  • Provide support for QA and testing, following guidelines from the wider QA team.
  • Contribute to multiple large and high-priority product streams, aiming to become a subject matter expert in CMS & Offers.
  • Focus on improving team processes and ways of working, presenting work to stakeholders and promoting best methodologies.
  • Assume general line management responsibility for direct reports, including CMS & Offers Assistants.
  • Collaborate with Digital Design and other corporate functions on key projects.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience using content management tools, with a good understanding of HTML, CSS, SEO, and Accessibility.
  • eCommerce and retail experience, with a background in managing product promotions and offer content.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a mindset for technical problem-solving.
  • Experience setting up offers and understanding business logic and mechanics.
  • Experience working with designers and wider design teams.
  • Proficiency in workflow tools, such as JIRA.
  • Experience managing or mentoring a team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, time management, and presentation skills.
