About the Role

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Contract CMS & Offers Editor to join a renowned and international business. This is an initial 6-month contract role, and engagement will be via an umbrella company. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, requiring on-site presence 3 days a week in a Central London office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creation of website pages and content slots, components, etc., using assets provided by in-house teams.
  • Management of company promotion and product offer content, including discounts, multi-buys, and buy-one-get-one-free offers.
  • Setup of offers, following brand team specifications, including qualifications, exclusions, content, T&Cs, and website display.
  • Support for QA and testing, following guidelines provided by the wider QA team.
  • Contribution to multiple large and high-priority product streams, aiming to become a subject matter expert within the team for all things CMS & Offers.
  • Focus on actively improving team processes and ways of working.
  • Independent presentation of work to stakeholders and the wider business, delivering rationale and promoting best methodologies.
  • General line management responsibility for direct reports - CMS & Offers Assistant.
  • Collaboration with Digital Design and other corporate functions on key projects.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience using content management tools, with a good knowledge of basic HTML, CSS, SEO, and Accessibility.
  • eCommerce and retail experience and background.
  • Good understanding and experience managing product promotions and offer content.
  • Strong attention to detail and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Experience setting up offers and understanding business logic and mechanics.
  • Experience working with Designers and wider design teams.
  • Proficiency in workflow tools, such as JIRA.
  • Experience managing or mentoring a team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, time management, and presentation skills.
