We are seeking a Quality Assurance Team Lead to join our client's team in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the quality assurance function and drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to achieve business objectives
- Process Development: Develop and implement effective quality control processes to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, excellent leadership skills, and experience in a similar role. In return, you will enjoy a competitive salary, ranging from £60,000 to £80,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
