Job Summary
  • This role involves managing front desk duties, handling telephone and email inquiries, and maintaining student records and databases using SIMS.
  • You will also be responsible for coordinating appointments, meetings, and school events, as well as assisting with the management of school correspondence.
  • As a successful candidate, you will have proven experience working in a school administrative role, proficiency in using SIMS, and a valid DBS check.
Salary and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
  1. Front Desk Management: Provide exceptional customer service, managing front desk duties, and acting as the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors.
  2. Communication and Organization: Handle telephone and email inquiries, ensuring messages are passed on to the appropriate staff members. Maintain student records and databases using SIMS.
  3. Event Planning: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and school events, ensuring smooth logistics and timely communication.
  4. CORRESPONDENCE: Assist with the management of school correspondence, including letters to parents and document distribution.
  5. Support to Teaching Staff: Provide administrative support to teaching staff, preparing materials, and assisting with lesson planning.
