We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Community Manager to join our team at Places for People. As a Community Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and employees, ensuring that our communities are inclusive and thriving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote a sense of community and belonging among residents
  • Work closely with our customers and employees to understand their needs and concerns, and provide support and guidance as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that community needs are integrated into our business planning and decision-making processes
  • Provide training and support to employees on community engagement and customer service best practices
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
