About the Position:
The SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant will play a vital role in supporting pupils with special educational needs, ensuring they receive tailored support to access the curriculum and thrive in the classroom.

The key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing individualised support to pupils with special educational needs, adapting learning activities to meet their unique requirements.
  2. Working collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement strategies to promote independence, confidence, and engagement.
