At Henmarth, we are seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to oversee the management of supporting people with learning disabilities and other complex needs. The ideal candidate will have previous managerial experience in a similar environment and a strong working knowledge of regulatory standards. They will be responsible for leading a team that supports 33 service users in their care to achieve their goals and develop their skills and confidence.

About the Role:
