Job Description

Office Angels is working with a leading company in the cleaning and hygiene industry to find an experienced Export and Customer Service Specialist to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the UK/Export team and external field sales team to retain, develop, and grow new and existing customers.
  • Establish and maintain regular pro-active phone and email contact with existing and new customers to identify product opportunities and manage proposals to gain business.
  • Process and track customer orders, complete and track new account set up procedures for new customers, and input new prospect data into the CRM system.
  • Utilize product literature, adverts, videos, and offers featuring company products to generate sales with allocated customers.
  • Regularly record and update customer information, including contact data and emails, onto the generic customer operating system.
Requirements:
  • Experience in export, sales, and customer support.
  • Computer literacy and a good understanding of CRM systems.
  • Multilingual skills are an advantage.
  • A focused and driven individual with a strong work ethic.
