We are seeking an experienced Recruitment and Talent Advisor to join our team at Options Resourcing. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment and talent development strategies of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Support the successful delivery of recruitment and talent development strategies, working closely with operational teams to meet department objectives.
- Lead and participate in recruitment-related projects to meet department objectives, ensuring full compliance with our recruitment policy and safer recruitment requirements.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including document drafting, advertising, shortlisting, arranging interviews, and facilitating offers.
- Work with managers to ensure a high-quality candidate experience through the recruitment process, including feedback and maintaining up-to-date records of all candidates.
- Produce reports on recruitment statistics to inform future recruitment activity.
- CIPD Level 3 or willingness to work towards.
- Evidence of commitment to professional development.
- A good standard of Maths and English.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Background in HR/Recruitment in Education.
