We are seeking a highly skilled and caring Community Care Professional to join our team. As a Community Care Professional, you will work directly with clients in their own homes, providing personalized care and support that meets their unique needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centered care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Paid previous experience as a care assistant (not essential)
