About the Role

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our Supported Living team, providing care and support to adults with learning and physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with daily living skills, personal care, and medication management.
  • Assist with meal times and promote independence and socialization.
  • Access the community and engage in social activities.
  • Promote independence and socialization, supporting individuals to build their skills and confidence.
  • Support adults to be as independent as possible, involving them in all areas of their daily lives, including cooking, cleaning, attending appointments, and medication administration.

Shifts and Benefits

Full or part-time hours available, with shifts including 8am-8pm, 8pm-8am, and alternate weekends.
