About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team as a Live In Support Worker in the Worcester area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to our client with a spinal cord injury, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Assist with domestic tasks and social activities to enhance the client's quality of life.
  • Support the client with mobility and handling, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Hold a full UK driver's license to support the client's independence.
  • Have a kind and caring nature, with excellent communication skills.
  • Be flexible and reliable, with the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
