About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Supported Living team at Radis Community Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex care needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily living skills, personal care, and medication management.
  • Encourage independence and socialization through community access and social activities.
  • Promote resident's dignity and respect by delivering the best standards of care.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals with complex care needs.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a care setting, preferably in a supported living environment.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including overnight and weekend rotations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide emotional support to individuals with complex care needs.
