As a Clinical Lead at Foxburrow Grange, you will lead the nursing and care teams to deliver high-quality person-centered care. You will support staff development, ensure smooth running of the home, and advise on clinical matters. The role requires a Registered Nurse with current NMC pin number, experience working with older people, cognitive impairment, and managing a team. Knowledge of CQC requirements is also essential.
