We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Foxburrow Grange, a state-of-the-art care home in Colchester.
About the RoleThe Clinical Lead will be responsible for leading and inspiring staff to deliver high-quality person-centered care. This includes providing operational and clinical leadership, advising and coaching staff, and developing complex care plans.
You will work closely with the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager to ensure smooth running of the home, including meeting budgets, referrals, recruitment, retention, training, and development of staff.
The successful candidate will have experience of working with older people, people with cognitive impairment, and managing teams/leadership skills.
They will also have knowledge of CQC requirements and be able to lead on all clinical matters for Foxburrow Grange, while being consulted on organisational clinical matters as required.
