Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Team Manager to join our team in a challenging yet rewarding role. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of registered nurses, healthcare support workers, and nurse practitioners.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high standards of patient care in a fast-paced assessment environment. You will work closely with the Senior Nurse for Medicine to ensure that care is delivered in a safe, responsive, effective, and well-led environment.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of registered nurses, healthcare support workers, and nurse practitioners
  • Develop and implement plans to improve patient outcomes and achieve high standards of care
  • Work closely with the Senior Nurse for Medicine to ensure seamless delivery of care
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
