S Knights Recruitment is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Coach.

This full-time, permanent role involves working remotely with occasional travel within a 50-mile radius. The successful candidate will have experience delivering Teaching Assistant apprenticeship standards at level 5 and be able to motivate, inspire, and teach a caseload of learners efficiently.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and generate schemes of work and session plans under the guidance of the Quality Team.
  2. Facilitate Teaching Assistant Apprenticeships up to Level 5.
  3. Evaluate learner performance within workplace settings.
  4. Conduct regular progress reviews with learners to monitor their advancement towards timely completion.
  5. Deliver training sessions on a one-to-one or group basis, either in-person or online.
  6. Engage in appropriate training as identified through observation and line management processes.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Relevant qualification in STLS, Teaching Assistance, or equivalent.
  • Hold either a Teaching or Assessing qualification such as TAQA, CAVA, A1, PGCE, PTLLS, or equivalent.
  • Experience working as a teacher in mainstream education - specifically secondary.

We offer a salary range of £38,000 - £58,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
