Compass Associates is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy SACT Lead to join their team at a leading healthcare provider in Guildford. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Oncology service, ensuring the procurement, preparation, and distribution of medicines to patients, and providing clinical input where necessary. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Pharmacy, GPHC registration, and a postgraduate clinical diploma in clinical pharmacy or equivalent. They will also have a minimum of 3 years' registration with 2 years' experience in a hospital environment. The hospital is located in Guildford, with easy access to Woking, Basingstoke, Kingston Upon Thames, Crawley, and Farnham. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Oncology service, supervising the procurement, preparation, and distribution of medicines, and providing clinical input where necessary. They will also be responsible for ensuring the pharmacy department operates in a timely and consistent manner, and overseeing the general running of the service.
