Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our collaborative pharmacy team at a Guildford-based hospital. This full-time role offers a salary of up to £60,000 and a range of excellent benefits.

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing clinical and technical assistance as a member of the Pharmacy team. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing a comprehensive and effective patient-centred clinical pharmacy service to designated wards.
  • Working in various clinical disciplines to improve patient care.
  • Leading on and developing elements of the clinical pharmacy service to enhance the patient experience.
  • Contributing to optimal medicines usage by patients and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:
• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (UK) as a Pharmacist.
• Experience working within a hospital setting.
• Desirable: experience working within Oncology.
