About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Account Manager to join our team at Flint Wines Ltd. As a key member of our private client team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our fine wine-loving clients, helping them discover new wines and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with private clients to understand their wine preferences and provide personalized recommendations
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our wine range, including our portfolio of fine wines and our expertise in wine storage and brokerage
- Host wine events, dinners, and tastings to showcase our wines and build relationships with clients
- Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and materials that showcase our wines and expertise
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in the fine wine industry, preferably in a sales or account management role
- Strong knowledge of fine wines, including wine regions, grape varieties, and wine styles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
