Responsibilities:
  1. Support students in accessing their tailored curriculum and education pathway.
  2. Establish trust-based relationships with students, fostering a sense of belonging and confidence.
  3. Deliver targeted support for students' academic work, addressing any challenges or barriers.
  4. Maintain a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere, encouraging productive learning habits.
  5. Work collaboratively with the class teacher to provide additional support for individual students during lessons.
  6. Ensure the safety and security of students, maintaining a vigilant and proactive approach.
  7. Develop strong relationships with students, staff, and parents, creating a cohesive school community.
  8. Provide personal care support when necessary, prioritising students' physical and emotional needs.
