About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Coordinator to join our team at Brunelcare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and their quality of life is enhanced.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide happy and helpful service to all residents, family members, and visitors.
  • Work closely with residents and their family members to ensure their needs are met.
  • Report accidents, resident concerns, or incidents immediately to the village management team.
  • Respond to emergency call bells and provide assistance where possible.
  • Work closely with residents to suggest appropriate social activities and gather feedback for future planning.
  • Assist in the dining room at mealtimes by laying tables, serving meals, and collecting trays.

About You

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a changing environment with a range of responsibilities.
