About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our team at Anderselite Ltd. As a key member of our Construction team, you will be responsible for managing Health, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability across various construction projects in the Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage site construction teams to deliver projects within approved budget and time frame.
  2. Facilitate project construction kick-off meetings and lead health checks.
  3. Responsible for supplier performance in relation to Safety, Time and Quality, including RAMS approval.
  4. Drive Constructability Reviews, Project Rehearsal, and Fit for Assembly sign-off to drive outperformance and innovation.
  5. Focus on zero waste and reducing embodied carbon in construction activities.
  6. Ensure site teams raise contractual and commercial notices to the Project Team in a timely manner.
  7. Work with the Site Management team to establish resource needs (labour, plant and materials).
About the Candidate
  1. Temporary Works Experience/Qualification.
  2. Project Management Experience.
  3. Degree or equivalent qualification in a construction-related discipline.
  4. Extensive experience in large-scale construction delivery.
  5. Experience in the water/wastewater treatment industry.
  6. Experienced in managing and monitoring Project Programmes.
  7. Working knowledge of CDM and construction Health & Safety.
  8. Able to manage and motivate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver to time, cost and quality objectives.
