About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. in Birmingham. As a leading multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services to our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Develop strong pre-contract expertise, particularly up to RIBA stage 4, to facilitate successful project initiation.
  • Collaborate with a talented team to deliver large-scale and complex projects in the housing and regeneration sector.
  • Drive project success through effective stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and quality control.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry, particularly in housing and regeneration projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
