Job Title: Consultant Anaesthetist
We are seeking a Consultant Anaesthetist to join our dynamic team at NHS Borders. As a Consultant Anaesthetist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anaesthetic care to patients in our 284-bed hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing anaesthetic care to patients in our operating theatres and critical care unit
- Leading a team of anaesthetists and supporting the development of junior staff
- Participating in the development of clinical policies and guidelines
Requirements:
- FRCA or equivalent higher qualification
- Full registration and licensure to practice on the Specialist Register with the General Council
- Recent experience in Critical Care, Emergency Care, and Obstetrics

- A competitive salary scale of £96,963 - £128,841 per annum
- A relocation package up to full Inland Revenue limits
